  1. If I have set up recovery account details​

In case you forget your MPIN, but have set up your recovery account details: Click on forgot MPIN on the bottom left of the Log In page. Input your secret answers to your questions. Input the authentication code sent to your email or alternate mobile number. Input your new desired MPIN. 

  1. If I have NOT set up recovery account information

In case you forget your MPIN but have not set up your recovery account information, message GCASH on Facebook ( or call our hotline 2882 for free using your Globe or TM mobile phone. The Customer Service Representative will ask for details to confirm your identity before initiating a GCash MPIN reset. You will receive a temporary GCash MPIN via SMS from 2882. You MUST be able to change your MPIN within 3 hours of receipt or the temporary MPIN will expire. To change your GCash MPIN, log in to the app using our temporary GCash MPIN. In the side menu, go to Settings then click Change GCash MPIN. To proceed, key in your temporary MPIN, then enter your new desired MPIN and confirm. After this, please take time to fill out your account recovery information in order for you to easily access your GCash account next time you forget your MPIN!

In the event that your concern has not been resolved, please do not hesitate to chat or email us so that we could assist you immediately.
