Q. How much will it cost me to replace a lost book? Who do I contact?

A lost book must be paid according to the value determined by the library plus additional processing cost. You may contact the person in-charge of the section/collection where the book was checked-out for assessment/settlement of lost book. Please take note that presentation of an affidavit of loss is required.
