A referral letter is very essential as a means to verify whether or not the visiting user is a bona fide member of their institution. This goes the same for all DLSP member schools.  Therefore the DLSU library is strictly implementing this rule as stated in our guidelines (Visiting users must submit a referral letter signed by the Chief Librarian or authorized official/project leader).
