Q. Hello my sweet LORA, Why can't I access and download the article I want in EBSCO while using My Library account?

After browsing the article I want, I tried clicking the "Full Text through LinkSource" button. A Log In box popped up, and I tried inputting my ID number and password the same as My Library account, but it won't grant me access.

I would really appreciate your help in my time of need.
