Does it always just refresh the search page when you submit your keywords? This is a known issue while using Chrome and our EBSCO technical support thinks it is a loading conflict with our chat widget. They are working on a workaround to this, but for the meantime, we recommend using another Internet browser like Firefox. Alternatively, you can also use the EBSCOHost Integrated Search (EHIS) found in this page and just select the database you want to search, and if the database is not in the list, you can just go to the appropriate database that is listed in the same page.
