For books to be placed on reserve, please refer to this helpdesk announcement (12/4/2013)

We wish to inform all FACULTY MEMBERS that the Libraries are now accepting original copies of course materials (i.e. books, articles, etc.) to be placed ON RESERVE for Term 3, AY 2013-14 at the Circulation (for general subjects) and Filipiniana (for a variety of subjects on the Philippines) counters.

Requests for course materials to be placed on reserve should be made at least two (2) weeks before the start of classes. Previously reserved reading materials are automatically removed from the Reserve Counters, unless a notice to retain them is received by the Circulation and/or Filipiniana library personnel.

Faculty members are requested to download and accomplish a copy of the Request Form, which may be submitted electronically at library@dlsu.edu.ph with “Reservation of Course Materials” as subject of the email or via hardcopy over at the Circulation Counter (8th floor) or Filipiniana Counter (10th floor) of The Learning Commons, Henry Sy Sr. Hall.

For any inquiries regarding reservation of course materials, kindly contact Ms. Elizabeth Padilla, Circulation Librarian, at elizabeth.padilla@dlsu.edu.ph and local 622, or Ms. Vivian Soriente, Filipiniana Librarian, at vivian.soriente@dlsu.edu.ph and local 262.
