The DLSU Libraries have always been open to the public. Although we have to admit, we have strict guidelines for visiting researchers that are enumerated in our website. Additionally, the American Corner at the 13th floor of Henry Sy, Sr. Hall has exclusive online and print resources that are also open to the public, and many of the donors of our Special Collections have specifically requested that their materials be viewed not only by the DLSU academic community but by anyone who is interested. Of course, the faculty, staff and students of DLSU will always be our priority, and because of space considerations we also always try to limit our visitors. As much as we can, we also do not accept visitors in the "busy" periods like Finals week.
Hope this answer has been satisfactory for you. Thank you for the question!
