Do you mean the MyLibrary account? If the "Forgot your PIN" button at this page: https://lib1000.dlsu.edu.ph/patroninfo.html does not work (no email was sent to your dlsu.ph or dlsu.edu.ph account), you can request us to reset your password. Just DM or email us your ID number and afterwards you can create another PIN by following instructions here: http://libanswers.dlsu.edu.ph/a.php?qid=515699
