However, we regret to inform you that as a matter of policy, we cannot reserve the book for her since its status is CHECK SHELF. Availability of the book is on a first come, first served basis. We only do reservations for books that are currently on loan to another user. To check if the book is still available when she comes tomorrow, always check this link: http://lib1000.dlsu.edu.ph/record=b1048918~S1. The status should still be CHECK SHELF to signify that it is still available.
On another note, we would like to rectify the statement of Ms. Christine Abrigo (the one you talked to on the phone this morning) re: document delivery service (DDS). Other libraries are eligible to avail of this service; it's the individual students, faculty, staff, etc. who are not eligible. If they would like to avail of such service, requests should be coursed through their librarian/library.
Should you wish to have the needed pages of the book photocopied instead, please provide us the page numbers. To get your copy, you have an option to pick it up or we can deliver it via postal service.
