To use the self-check machine, please follow these simple steps:
1. Tap the CHECK OUT button and scan your ID or type in your ID Number. Place your ID (barcode side up) under the scanner until a red line appears. Wait until the machine registers the card number then remove the card.
2. Look for the DLSU library barcode at the back cover of the book and scan your items one at a time (right side up). You should hear a click as the items are being checked out. Place the book spine down and push forward. You will hear a thud and item details will turn green on the screen. Each item will show up on the screen.
3. Once you are finished, tap "Done".
4. Then, tap “Print Receipt” to print a transaction receipt. When you are finished, your MyLibrary account will be signed out automatically.
Note: ​Consistent with over-the-counter service, books and other library materials classified as "Room Use Only", "Lib Use Only", and "On Hold", cannot be checked out for home reading.
