As announced in the recent Help Desk Announcement on gradual reopening of the Learning Commons starting Term 2 AY 2021-2022, beginning 21 March 2022, Reading Areas at the 6th, 7th, and 8th floors of The Learning Commons at Henry Sy, Sr. Hall, Manila Campus, and College Library and Information Commons at Laguna Campus shall be opened for study and access to collections and services.

To find and access an available study space, use the Book A Seat portal.

Booking a Seat is an easy two-step process. You only need to:

 (1) Reserve your seat via Book A Seat link/QR or via the Library Mobile App.

(2) Check-in via link sent to registered email or QR once you arrive at the library premises.

Booking Guidelines

  • Seats can be reserved 1 day in advance or on the day of your visit, on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Seats can be booked for a minimum of 1 hour to a maximum of 8 hours, within the service hours of the Libraries.

  • If you have not checked in 30 minutes after your reservation time, your reservation will automatically expire.

  • If you finish early, check out to make way for the next available booking.

All library users must abide by the health and safety protocols set forth by the University and relevant Government Agencies.
