The ETD (Electronic Theses and Dissertations) Coordinator is in charge of your department's Animo Repository submissions only, while your Thesis Coordinator is the person coordinating thesis matters within your department.

Each academic department has an ETD Coordinator assigned for undergraduate and graduate students' thesis submission in the Animo Repository. Your ETD Coordinator is the one who checks the completeness and correctness of every submitted thesis in the Animo Repository and registers a decision whether to accept, reject, or ask you to revise your submission -- reasons may be that you lack the required files or there are unclear information you indicated in the submission form. Once your ETD Coordinator registers an "Accept" decision, the library will proceed with the posting/publishing of your work in the Animo Repository.
