- Discussion and viewing rooms are available for all bona fide students, faculty, and staff of the University.
- An active DLSU Gmail account is required for room bookings.
- All rooms require a minimum of 3 persons per group and per floor except for Viewing Rooms.
- Room occupancy must not exceed the room's capacity (3, 4, 6, or 8 depending on the reserved room).
- Rooms are available on a first come first served basis, but prior reservations can be made for guaranteed availability.
- Reservations can be made 1 day in advance through the online booking system: https://libcal.dlsu.edu.ph/
- Each group must designate 1 representative to make the reservation. Each representative can book only one discussion room per day.
- Only groups with a minimum number of 3 members present at the specified reservation time with valid DLSU ID cards will be allowed to enter the room.
- The Libraries reserve the right to cancel reservations for groups who fail to show up within the first 15 minutes of the scheduled reservation.
- To claim the kit including key, remote control (for air-conditioning unit), and white board eraser, the group's representative should present a valid DLSU ID.
- Room usage is limited to 2 hours per day. Extensions may be granted subject to the room's availability.
- Users are liable for damages and/or losses resulting from negligent use of the facility.
- The following activities are prohibited inside the rooms:
Eating
Playing cards / board games / musical instruments
Gambling
Leaving personal things unattended
Bringing in of additional chairs and other pieces of furnitures - The Libraries reserves the right to approve/disapprove room bookings.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
[1] After completing the reservation form, a confirmation will be sent to the DLSU email address provided.
[2] Please arrive at the library counter on your selected floor at least 5 minutes before your scheduled booking.
