Q. How do I access LSEG Workspace's learning materials? (formerly EIKON Refinitiv)

1. Request LSEG / EIKON log in credentials via email to library@dlsu.edu.ph or chat with LORA
   Note : If the request is submitted via chat with LORA, please provide your ID number for verification
    
2. After receiving your credentials, go to: LSEG Learning Centre (https://www.lseg.com/en/training/learning-centre/learning-centre-catalogue/video-details?id=installing-refinitiv-workspace-web-access), and choose the learning material relevant to your needs or interests
   
   
   
    
3. To access the learning material, click Sign In
   
   
    
4. Then log in using your EIKON credentials
   
   
    

Important Reminders :

1. All EIKON credentials are reset regularly; you must request for an account each time you access the database
2. EIKON accounts are reassigned to another user every two (2) hours
3. To extend your access, submit a new request after two (2) hours
