  1. Send an email to library@dlsu.edu.ph or chat with LORA
    Note: If an inquiry is submitted via chat with LORA, please provide your ID number for verification
     
  2. After reaching out, the library will send a QR code for payment. We encourage online payments for convenience.
    Use the QR code below for paying a lost or damaged book:
     

     
  3. Once payment is made, email a copy of your transaction receipt to library@dlsu.edu.ph as proof of payment.
     

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

  • The library will send an email to acknowledge your payment and notify you that your account has been CLEARED
  • If online payment doesn't work, visit these counters for assistance:
  • 6th Floor – Info Desk
  • 8th Floor – Circulation Main Counter
