- Send an email to library@dlsu.edu.ph
- The library will acknowledge your donation and endorse it to Access and Resource Management (ARM) Team for review.
- The evaluation process will consider the following criteria:
- Relevance to our curriculum
- Accuracy and authority of information
- Recency (preferably published within the last 5 years)
- Physical condition
- If the book meets the selection criteria, they will be processed accordingly.
Book Donation Delivery Options:
- You may opt to deliver the books in person to the 6th floor, Info Desk, Henry Sy Sr. Hall
- Ship them via a courier service (e.g., FedEx, DHL, LBC, etc.) using the address below:

Book Donation Terms and Conditions:
- Donated books become the property of De La Salle University.
- We reserve the right to decline materials that are already available in our collection or do not meet the selection criteria.
- Donors will receive a certificate of donation.
- The Libraries may retain or dispose of donated materials based on our retention and disposition policies.
