  1. Send an email to library@dlsu.edu.ph
  2. The library will acknowledge your donation and endorse it to Access and Resource Management (ARM) Team for review.
  3. The evaluation process will consider the following criteria:
  • Relevance to our curriculum
  • Accuracy and authority of information
  • Recency (preferably published within the last 5 years)
  • Physical condition
  1. If the book meets the selection criteria, they will be processed accordingly.
     

Book Donation Delivery Options:

  1. You may opt to deliver the books in person to the 6th floor, Info Desk, Henry Sy Sr. Hall
  2. Ship them via a courier service (e.g., FedEx, DHL, LBC, etc.) using the address below:

Book Donation Terms and Conditions:

  1. Donated books become the property of De La Salle University.
  2. We reserve the right to decline materials that are already available in our collection or do not meet the selection criteria.
  3. Donors will receive a certificate of donation.
  4. The Libraries may retain or dispose of donated materials based on our retention and disposition policies.
