To reserve a discussion room, please go to


1. Under Space Booking box, look for the ""Book a Discussion Room" button.


2. Select the desired campus/location under “Location” dropdown menu. Then, select the specific floor you want to book under “Zone” or choose Show All to view all the available discussion rooms. Lastly, select room occupancy limit under “Capacity”. Once done, click "Show Availability".



3. The page will display the list of discussion rooms on the selected floor and the respective available time slots (green-colored cells mean that the slots are still available). The calendar on the left side allows viewing of the rooms' availability for the current day up to the next day.



4. Click on the desired time slot/s then click "Submit Times" (found at the lower part of the page).



5. Review your Booking Details as well as the Booking Terms and Conditions and click Continue if you agree.



6.  Fill out the form completely then click "Submit my Booking".


7. A confirmation link will be sent to the DLSU email address provided on the form. Proceed to the library counter of your selected floor at least five (5) minutes before your scheduled booking. Unconfirmed reservations will be automatically cancelled.
