 Greetings of Peace!

 The responsibility for the management, circulation, and maintenance of all laptop computers and multimedia projectors is now with the Information Technology Services (ITS) Office. In this light, new transfer guidelines have been adopted to standardize policies and procedures in the borrowing of multimedia equipment.

 You may view the revised policies and procedures for borrowing multimedia equipment at Help Desk Extension thru the following link:

The Help Desk Extension Office previously located at the 2nd floor of the University Library is now temporarily relocated at the Gokongwei Building Room 305 (G305) until further notice. Kindly make all your transactions for borrowing of Multimedia Equipment at G305 then.
