Apologies for the inconvenience. We are indeed currently experiencing some issues in our network which affects only a select group of users while others seem unaffected, and the Information Technology Services is already helping us locate the problem.

Currently we are still hard at work finding out the cause, but in case you want to try something, you could try using other internet browsers, unchecking every box in the Control Panel -> Internet Options -> Connections -> LAN Settings (for Windows), resetting your router, using a wired connection, or using a different ISP (ex: Globe broadband). Should you do so, please do inform us if anything works.
