If partially damaged (that is, only the cover), patron pays for the
amount determined by the library usually proportional to the
damage to defray expenses in rehabilitating the book.

If the damage is determined to be beyond repair, patron pays
for the cost of replacement as assessed by the library in addition
to the processing fee of Php100.00 per book.
