As per policy, students in residency are not granted the privilege to access the electronic databases off-campus. To avail of such privilege, students are required to pay the corresponding library fee stipulated in the Tuition Fees Table at the Accounting Office. Please see table here

Payment Instructions

1st step: Proceed to the Information-Reference Counter, 7th Floor, The Learning Commons, Henry Sy Sr. Hall. Ask for a Payment Slip (LIB FORM No. 027) from any of the reference librarians.

2nd step: Proceed to the Accounting Office.

3rd step: Return to the Information-Reference Counter and present the yellow copy of the Official Receipt.

4th step: The reference librarian will update/reactivate your account in the system. You should be able to access the online resources and avail of other patron privileges on or off-campus by then.
