As per policy, students in residency are not granted the privilege to access the electronic databases off-campus. To avail of such privilege, students are required to pay the corresponding library fee stipulated in the Tuition Fees Table at the Accounting Office. Payment Instructions

1st step: Proceed to the Information-Reference Counter, 7th Floor, The Learning Commons, Henry Sy Sr. Hall. Ask for a Payment Slip (LIB FORM No. 027) from any of the reference librarians.

2nd step: Proceed to the Accounting Office.

3rd step: Return to the Information-Reference Counter and present the yellow copy of the Official Receipt.

4th step: The reference librarian will update/reactivate your account in the system. You should be able to access the online resources and avail of other patron privileges on or off-campus by then.
