  1. Go to LibCal (https://libcal.dlsu.edu.ph/) and click “Book a Discussion Room


     
  2. Complete the following required fields and click “Show Availability
  • Location – For the Manila campus, choose "The Learning Commons" or the appropriate branch based on your location
  • Zone / Category – list of rooms and floors
  • Capacity – shows the required number of person/s per room

Note:

  1. After entering the required details, available rooms and time slots will be shown. Select your preferred room, date, and time, then click “Submit Times” found at the bottom of the booking page. The orange cells indicate your booking based on your selected preferences.


    The cell colors indicate room availability:


    Note:
    If reservation fails, email library@dlsu.edu.ph with a screenshot of the error or visit the counter on the floor where you want to book a room.

     
  2. Review your booking details and fill in the required fields then click “Submit my Booking


     
  3. After completing the reservation form, a confirmation will be sent to the DLSU email address provided
